Liforme心靈花園瑜珈墊

The floral alignment guide is not only beautiful but genuinely helpful for keeping my poses on track. The mat grips the floor perfectly even during a sweaty session, which makes a huge difference.

I've been practicing on this for a couple months and the grip honestly surprised me, my hands don't slide even in hot yoga. The floral print is subtle enough that it doesn't feel loud, and I like glancing down at the alignment markers during warrior poses.

The alignment guide on this mat is genuinely helpful—those little floral markers keep my hands and feet where they should be during warrior poses. It's grippy even when my palms get sweaty, and the pattern makes me actually look forward to unrolling it.
