Liforme深林靜心花園瑜珈墊

The botanical print on this mat is genuinely pretty without being distracting, and the alignment guide kept my hands where they should be during downward dog. It's grippy even when my palms get sweaty, which I didn't expect from an eco-friendly mat.

The alignment markers actually helped me square my hands in downward dog without a mirror. It's gorgeously printed too, and the grip holds up even when my palms get sweaty mid-flow.

I've been using this mat for a few weeks and the non-toxic eco-friendly surface is still grippy with zero chemical smell. The botanical floral print makes my morning practice feel calmer, and it's held up to daily use without a scratch.
