Liforme Dragon & Phoenix Yoga Mat

The gold alignment lines are subtle enough that they don't distract during flow, but I still catch my hand placement drifting off center. Grip has held up fine even when my palms get sweaty.

I've been practicing for six years and this is the first mat where the alignment system actually changed how I hold my poses. The red and gold design is gorgeous in person, and it's held up through daily vinyasa without any wear at the edges.

The gold alignment markers on the red surface actually helped me square my hands in downward dog without checking the mirror. It's grippier than my old mat too, even when my palms get sweaty mid-flow.
