Liforme Expressions 瑜珈墊

The smaller size is perfect for travel or studio classes, and the subtle symbolic designs on the pad feel more personal than the usual bold logos. The alignment markers are still clear enough to help with my poses without being distracting.

The alignment markers on this smaller pad are actually easier to follow than the ones on my old full-size mat, and the subtle printed design keeps it from looking like gym equipment. Rolls up tight enough to strap to my bag for studio classes.

The compact size fits perfectly in my gym bag, and the smaller alignment markers still help me square up my hands and feet in every pose. Grip is solid even when my palms get sweaty mid-flow.
