Liforme Classic瑜珈墊

The alignment markers actually make a difference on the floor—my hips finally stay square during warrior poses. It’s thinner than my old mat but the grip feels secure even on hardwood, and the compact size fits neatly in my tote.

I’ve been using this compact pad for two weeks, and the AlignForMe® markers make hand placement feel natural. It’s thin enough to roll tight for my bag but still cushions my knees on hard floors.

The alignment markers actually helped me fix my wrist placement in downward dog, which I didn't expect from a smaller pad. It's compact enough to roll up and toss in my gym bag without taking over the whole thing.
