「近乎完美」Liforme經典瑜伽墊片綠色

The green color is exactly as pictured, and the smaller size is perfect for my limited floor space. The AlignForMe markers actually helped me keep my hips square in down dog for the first time.

The scaled-down alignment markers actually make sense for my shorter reach, and I stopped drifting out of poses once I started using them. It's compact enough to roll out in my tiny apartment corner without rearranging furniture.

The alignment markers on this pad are genuinely helpful—I can feel when my hands are off without having to crane my neck at a mirror. It's small enough to roll out in my cramped apartment, and the grip holds even when my palms get sweaty.
