Liforme Mindful Garden 旅行瑜珈墊

I was worried a travel mat would feel too thin, but this one gives just enough cushion on a hard floor. The floral alignment guide is bright and really helps with my poses, plus it folds up super compact for my bag.

The floral alignment guide is genuinely helpful, not just pretty - I actually found my hands landing square in poses without checking. It's thinner than my home mat so it packs flat in my carry-on, though I did miss the extra cushioning on hard hotel floors.

The floral print is so much prettier in person and the alignment lines actually help me keep my poses steady. Light enough to toss in my carry-on for weekend trips too.
