Conjunto Tapete Clássico Liforme e Acessório de Yoga

The extra cushioning from the mat plus pad combo has honestly saved my knees in kneeling poses, and the pad is thin enough to roll up tight for my gym bag. It grips well even when I’m a bit sweaty, so I don’t slide around mid-flow anymore.

I’ve been using this bundle for a few weeks and the extra cushioning on the mat really helps my knees during floor poses. The travel pad fits perfectly inside my carry-on, so I can maintain my practice on the go without sacrificing support.

The little travel pad in this bundle turned out to be the surprise winner — I fold it up for studio classes and my knees thank me on the hardwood floor. And the alignment markers on the full mat genuinely help me square up my hands in downward dog.
