Wondering what a Very Near Perfect Liforme yoga mat is? Learn about the minor imperfections, what they mean for your practice, and how to save money on a high-performance mat.
Quick answer
A Very Near Perfect Liforme yoga mat is a brand-new mat with a minor cosmetic imperfection, sold at a significant discount. It performs exactly like a full-price mat, making it a smart buy if you are not fussy about appearance.
What kind of imperfections are we talking about?
Imperfections on Very Near Perfect mats are purely cosmetic. They could be a slight ink smudge on the alignment guide, a tiny color variation in the print, or a minor surface mark that does not affect grip or durability. None of these issues impact the mat's non-slip performance, cushioning, or longevity.
Because the imperfections are visual, the mat is still fully functional. You get the same high-quality materials, the same GripForMe® surface, and the same AlignForMe® guide as a full-price mat.
How much can you save?
The discount on a Very Near Perfect mat is substantial. For example, the Radiant Yellow Sun Yoga Mat is priced at USD 106.50 compared to its original USD 150.00, saving you over 28%. The Mindful Garden XL Olive Yoga Mat is USD 129.60 versus USD 180.00, and the Rainbow Travel Yoga Mat Grateful Pink is USD 85.20 versus USD 120.00.
These savings make it possible to own a premium Liforme mat at a more accessible price point, especially if you are looking for a second mat for travel or home practice.
Who should consider a Very Near Perfect mat?
This option is ideal for yogis who prioritize performance over pristine packaging. If you practice daily and your mat will see wear from sweat and movement, a minor cosmetic flaw is irrelevant. It is also a great choice for those wanting to try Liforme's grip and alignment system without paying full price.
On the other hand, if you plan to gift the mat or want it as a centerpiece in a studio, a full-price mat might be a better fit. The imperfection is small but still noticeable if you look closely.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I return a Very Near Perfect mat if I don't like the imperfection?
- Yes, Liforme's standard return policy applies to Very Near Perfect mats. You can return it within the specified period if you are not satisfied, though the imperfection is clearly described at the time of purchase.
- Does the imperfection affect the mat's warranty?
- No. The mat carries the same warranty as a full-price mat. The cosmetic flaw does not void the warranty, and any performance-related defects are covered.
- Are Very Near Perfect mats available in all sizes and colors?
- Availability varies. The selection depends on which mats have minor cosmetic issues during production. Check the Very Near Perfect category for current options in different sizes (standard, XL) and colors. Check the category regularly for new additions, as stock is limited and sells quickly.
